LOW CARB PROTEIN BITES (yummy-chocolatey-nutty)
- 1.5 heaping cups Energy Bite Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water, Milk or Cream
- 1/2 Cup favorite Nut Butter
Mix, roll, and have a ball! (or use a spring-release cookie scoop). Makes 24. Double the recipe to make the entire bag - 48 bites. Store sealed & chilled.
KETO COCONUT COOKIES
- 1.5 heaping cups Energy Bite Mix
- 1/3 Cup Water, Milk or Cream
- 1/4 Cup Allulose Syrup (by Wholesome Sweet)
Mix, roll, and have a ball! (or use a spring-release cookie scoop). Makes 24. Double the recipe to make the entire bag - 48 bites. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 mins to "firm up" and enjoy! Store sealed & chilled.
